Customs fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These are your responsibility and vary by destination.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraud. If we reasonably suspect that an order involves fraudulent or illegal activity, we may cancel the order, verify your identity, and report the matter to the relevant law enforcement authorities when appropriate.
If a store won't ship to you directly or doesn't accept international cards, tell us what you want to buy and we'll purchase it on your behalf. Submit a request from your dashboard, we'll confirm the item and cost with you, and once you've paid we buy it and forward it on exactly like any other package.
If you've ordered from more than one store, Combine & Repack lets you select your waiting packages from your dashboard and have us pack them into a single box before shipping. You pay one international shipping fee instead of one per order, which is usually the single biggest way to save on a multi-store haul.
"Waiting" means your package has arrived at our German warehouse and is ready to ship or be combined with others. "Consolidated" means it's been combined with other packages into one shipment. "Waiting for Payment" means we've calculated your shipping cost and are waiting for you to pay before sending it. "Shipped" means it's on its way to you with tracking available.
No - registering for a free German address and using standard package forwarding never requires a subscription. We offer optional subscription plans for customers who want extra benefits; check your dashboard's Subscription page for current plan details.
The recipient name on your German address is always our company's own name, not your personal name - this is required for our courier (GLS) and warehouse agreement, and ensures every package reaches us correctly. Your own account and packages are still matched to you individually once they arrive; you don't need to do anything differently at checkout.
