New to international shopping? This simple step-by-step guide walks you through your very first order from Germany to your home. No stress, just shopping!
If you have never used a package forwarding service before, you might be a little nervous. Don't worry! It is actually very simple. Follow these 6 easy steps to get your first package from Germany:
Sign up at Panah Forwarder. It's free and takes 1 minute. As soon as you finish, you will see your new German shipping address in your dashboard. It will look like a normal German street address.
Go to any German website (like Amazon.de or Zalando). Add the items you want to your cart. When the website asks for your "Shipping Address," type in the German address we gave you.
The store will ship your items to our warehouse. When we receive them, we will scan the barcode and send you an email. You can see your package in your dashboard, along with its weight and size.
If you bought things from different stores, wait for all of them to arrive. Then, click "Consolidate." We will put everything into one box to save you money on shipping.
Select your shipping method (Express or Standard). Pay the shipping fee using your credit card or PayPal. We will then process your package and give you a Tracking Number.
Use your tracking number to watch your package travel across the world. In a few days, the delivery person will knock on your door with your German shopping!
Always include your Suite Number (part of your German address) when you shop. This helps us know the package belongs to you as soon as it arrives!
